How do I request a quote for an order?
Go to our simple quote request form and fill in the specifications for your particular piece. When finished, click the submit button at the bottom of the form and your information will be transmitted directly to our customer service team.
How soon will I receive my quote?
Our customer service team will send your quote within approximately 24 hours during normal business days.
How do I get a sample of my box?
Samples may be requested by e-mailing our customer service team at support@questcordirect.com. Be sure to include your name, company name, box size for which you have submitted a quote request, number of samples needed, and address where you would like the samples delivered.
How do I place an order?
If you wish to place an order after receiving your quote, please contact our customer service team by phone at 800-901-5734 or by e-mail at info@questcordirect.com. You will need to fax a completed customer information sheet and customer credit form to 708-458-7717. A customer service representative will then be able to process your order and estimate a delivery time.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We have the capability to run both small and large orders to your specifications.
How much does shipping cost?
Depending on your delivery location and the size of your order, our customer service team will provide you with a quote that includes the cost for the most economical shipping method for your order.
Can I use a credit card?
Yes. Your order can be charged directly to a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover account.
How do I place a repeat order?
Contact customer service by phone at 800-901-5734 or by e-mail at info@questcordirect.com and specify your name, company name, the purchase order number from your last order, and the quantity needed.
How do I transfer existing tooling/dies?
Print and complete our easy tooling transfer notice, which you can send to your current tooling location. This notice will provide instructions on where and how to forward tooling to our location.
Will I have a customer service representative?

Will I have a sales representative?
Questcor Direct is formulated to cut out the middleman in order to reduce cost and give you the lowest price on your order. If you wish to have an on-site visit by a customer service representative, you can complete a visit request form and fax to 708-458-7711. A representative will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
